I understand how stressful clinic visits can be - for both pets and their owners. That’s why I offer a fully mobile veterinary service, bringing calm, expert care right to your doorstep. Based in Fife, Scotland, I bring quality care to you. To provide the best possible care and create a tailored treatment plan, I work in collaboration with your primary veterinary practice. This ensures continuity of care and a team-based approach to your animal’s wellbeing.
*Please note, I require a completed referral form and your animal’s full clinical history before I can assess the patient and start treatment. A written case report will be sent to your primary vet in return and is also available to you as an owner. This means everyone is up to date and we can work as a team to improve your animal’s wellbeing.
I grew up in rural Germany, surrounded by forests, fields, and animals, which naturally sparked a love for the outdoors and all living things. Whether I was out exploring with the family dog or at the yard where I looked after my horse, a deep connection to nature and a curiosity about how things work was always there. That early bond with animals and the environment eventually led me to study veterinary medicine in Hannover. After graduating, I moved to Scotland and began my career in a mixed animal practice, working with everything from farm animals to pets. It was a busy and rewarding time that gave me a strong foundation and plenty of muddy boots. Over time, I gravitated toward small animal medicine, where I could build deeper relationships with both animals and their owners.
During my clinical years, I began to see how much animals benefit when we treat them as a whole, not just focusing on the symptoms, but also considering their movement, environment, and emotional well-being. That insight sparked a growing interest in holistic and complementary therapies.
Curious and committed to learning more, I went on to train in veterinary acupuncture with the WVAG ( Western Veterinary Acupuncture Group) and studied chiropractic for animals through the IAVC (International Academy of Veterinary Chiropractic). These tools now form a big part of how I work - blending traditional veterinary care with gentle, effective techniques that support animals in a more complete way.
